All sales are final. Requests for refund will be denied unless justifiable and in good faith, i.e. the artwork is irreparably damaged prior to final delivery/installation.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for justifiable reasons (within 30 days), Rosy will accept a return of that purchase in exchange for store credit only. Returns, including shipping/postage costs, are the responsibility of the customer.
Please be advised that colour and detail displayed in photographs of artworks present on this site may not be representative of these elements present in the physical artwork. If artwork purchased online (and/or without seeing in person) does not appear upon delivery as it does in photographs, either on this website or elsewhere, this transaction is made at the risk of the customer. No refunds will be made under this condition.
